A Seasonal Bar & Restaurant on the Hudson
Frying Pan NYC is a seasonal open-air bar and grill at Pier 66 in Hudson River Park, on West 26th Street in Chelsea, three blocks north of Chelsea Piers. We sit alongside the Lightship Frying Pan, the big red boat permanently moored at the pier, together with a 1930s Lackawanna railroad barge and a vintage rail float bridge.
There are two ways to eat here. The main deck runs full table service. The beer garden is order-at-the-bar: grab a drink, put in your order, and we'll call you when it's ready. Both look out over the Hudson, and both are outdoors.
Entry to the Lightship Frying Pan is free and open to the public during our operating hours. Reservations are available for the Sundeck and Main Deck, and walk-ins are always welcome.
We're a seasonal venue with only partial protection from the weather, so hours are subject to conditions. Check our Instagram or our Google listing before heading over on an uncertain day.
