July - 2000
The Frying Pan was pleased to be a part of the OPSail 2000 festivities.  The ship was on station for 3 days over the Fourth of July weekend marking the corner of Robbins Reef and the Kill Van Kull in New York Harbor.  While we had some difficulties during this shake-down trip with a clogged fuel filter, I am looking forward to taking the ship out more often, as she ran great with the rebuilt transmission.  She looked great too with new hull paint and freshly painted decks.
